Duties & Taxes
We offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping to the following countries, meaning any applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there are no unexpected customs charges on delivery.
DDP countries: Austria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the Republic of Ireland.
All other countries are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means you may be required to pay import duties, taxes and customs handling fees before your parcel can be delivered. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. If duty is unpaid or delivery is refused and the shipment is 'returned to sender' the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
