What If They Feel Too Small Initially?

Our shorts and leggings are designed for running performance, so they may feel more compressive when you first put them on, but they shouldn’t feel overly uncomfortable. Once they’re on, move around in them: do a few star jumps, jog on the spot! Just make sure they feel supportive, secure and comfortable for you. If you think they are uncomfortably tight, try the next size up.

How Compressive Should They Feel?

They can be a squeeze when you first put them on, this is normal and they should feel comfortably compressive - supportive, sculpting, and snug without feeling restrictive. If they feel uncomfortably tight, we recommend sizing up. Fit can also come down to personal preference depending on whether you prefer a more compressive or relaxed feel.

How To Fix Riding Up?

If your shorts feel like they may ride up, we usually recommend sizing down or trying a longer leg length, as a more compressive fit can help them stay securely in place. The key is achieving the right bottom hem snugness in the correct position on your leg, ideally below the widest part. 99% of the time we solve this with a different size or length. Every runner is different, so the right fit is essential for performance. If you’re unsure, just drop us a message!
