1. FIND YOUR LENGTH
Where do you want your shorts to sit?
HANNAH'S TOP TIP: LENGTH
6" is the most popular choice. For extra support, choose 8". If ride-up has always been a problem for you, and you're confident on size selection, you may be better off with a slightly longer length like 8". The key to comfort: a snug hem that sits below the widest part of your leg.
2. FIND YOUR SIZE
Start with your usual size.
Our shorts are designed to feel snug and supportive - they perform best when they fit close to the body.

Between sizes?
Choose the smaller size if you prefer a snug, supportive fit that stays securely in place.
Choose the larger size if you prefer a softer, more relaxed fit.
HANNAH TOP TIP: HOW SNUG?
Our shorts are designed to fit comfortably snug. If they feel snug the moment you pull them on, that's normal. Jog on the spot, do a few star jumps, and see how they feel! Comfort always comes first, and if you prefer a more relaxed fit, that's completely normal too. But if support is your priority, snugger can be better and help the shorts perform at their best.
