Do They Ride Up?

Our shorts are designed to stay put, which is why "don't ride up" is one of the things mentioned most often in our reviews.

HOWEVER... Fit plays a very big part. For best performance, the shorts should feel comfortably snug around the thigh, particularly at the bottom hem and sit on or past the widest part of your leg.

If you struggle to find shorts that stay comfortably in place, we'd usually recommend choosing an 8" or 10" length for extra confidence and coverage.

Will the Pockets Fit Phones?

Yes, each side pocket fit phones. The rear pocket is designed for smaller valuables and essentials.

We’ve placed the side pockets lower on the thighs to avoid high movement areas around the hips. This keeps your phone and essentials secure with no bounce or shifting. So comfortable, you’ll forget you’re carrying anything at all!

In love

I’m a fussy so and so when it comes to running leggings but these have wowed me! They feel like a second skin! They stay in place when I’m running and when I’m in the gym, they look good, and more importantly make me feel good, and what can I say about the side pockets….in love! I ordered some Christmas running socks too. Is November too early to wear them? Most definitely not!
Customer service was top quality too.

Love my leggings!

Went for the x large- I am a curvy size 14 and they are a great fit and so soft. I am 5 ft 5 and the 7/8 leggings are just above my ankles. Really like supporting a young British company and the ethos of the company
especially as an older bimbler!

The PERFECT Running Shorts!

I have been looking for the perfect running shorts for what seems like forever, but I have now finally found them! They fit snugly without being too tight and do not move or ride up when running. You can literally forget that you have them on and don’t have to constantly pull then legs down as I find I have to with lots of other brands. They also have lots of pockets, making them perfect for a long run or a race. I also love this colour and have ordered more colours since! Plus great service from Bimble & Bolt!

Great running shorts with decent pockets

Exactly what I’d been looking for. Two decent sized leg pockets, phone and gels stayed put. Little zip pocket at back. Perfect for keys. Nice and supportive too., no rolling up or down. All round great shorts

Never thought I’d stray…

As a life long fan of another brand, I never thought I’d stray - having previously done so and been left disappointed. BUT these are hands down the best leggings ever! Super soft, tight but not restrictive, stay up, no baggy bits, sweat proof and importantly pockets galore! Defo buying the black pair and can’t wait for mermaid to be back in stock. AMAZING!

Brilliant shorts!

This is my first pair of running shorts, after feeling too self-conscious to try them. And... I love them! There's something about the Bimble and Bolt brand that made me feel comfortable enough to give them a go, and the product itself is brilliant - super comfortable, supportive, confidence-giving, and practical (so many pockets!). I am so glad I put my trust in this woman-run, local business - it really has paid off, thank you Hannah!

The only shorts you need

This is my 3rd pair because these shorts are the best. Love the length, that they don’t ride up and the waist is high and snug so no falling down. I run trails and ultras and these go the distance for comfort. The new extra pockets are excellent for holding a 250ml soft water bottle and gels so you don’t need a belt as well and the things have pockets for your phone and other extras. The customer service is also great. I am a size 10 and wear a medium which have a slight compression feel but no sausage legs!

Really pleased with my pocket rocket shorts. So many brands have one or two measly pockets, these have six, for everything you need on longer runs. And the customer service is second to none, Hannah kindly made a video so I could see the pockets properly then created an order for me after your normal opening hours. Thank you so much 😊

The best shorts ever

They fit well. Don't ride up, dont fold over and they have pockets. Material is excellent, squat proof. They wash well. Pockets are phone sized. The best I have worn yet and I've had lots of shorts. Customer service is fantastic

Honestly amazing

I usually hate running in shorts but these have changed the game for me! They are so comfy, supportive without being restrictive and the pockets fit everything I need. I’ve already had to get them out of the washing bin twice because I refuse to wear anything else haha I need to order some more pairs!
